At Sign Central, we currently accept four file formats as follows:
EPS Encapsulated Postscript
This format can be used on any of the large format devices. It should come from either Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, or Adobe Photoshop. If the file is saved from Photoshop, please do not use the DCS option. Sending files in CMYK, Pantone, or RGB is acceptable. Whenever possible convert your text to curves or outlines.
JPG Joint Photographics Experts Group
This format is excellent for transferring photographs across the Internet. Leaving the file in RGB mode is preferred.
TIFF Tagged Image File
This format is excellent for photographs. It can be used on any of the large format devices. Leaving the file in RGB or CMYK mode is also preferred.
ZIP Compressed Archive
The ZIP file format is a popular data compression and archival format. A ZIP file contains one or more files that have been compressed, to reduce their file size, or stored as-is.
If you are sending more than three files or if you are having trouble sending large files, try ZIPing them to reduce file size.
